Well he certainly didn’t lose my vote or any of my friends with the comment re the fence and we all live in Texas. Anyone with any snap at all knows that there will never be an electric fence or mine fields along the border - although in some areas it might be a great idea. You really need to lighten up and not take everything so literally.

I said I do not speak for all Texans. But I do know many who are upset with what he said. That includes Big Dawgs out of Austin ...Of course there will never be an electric fence. That is beside the point. Completely. And there are no areas where it or mine fields would be appropriate. And I do not need to “lighten up” when choosing for whom I will vote. Depth of character means alot to me. It does to most I know. And it was said “literally”.
