Looks fake to me. In addition to the hanging lines not moving, the taped piece of paper hanging down from the hood of the care on the left in the opening sequence, doesn’t move at all. I can’t imagine a large factory floor where there isn’t air circulating.
Then when they go close up, it looks like a weather report scene.
It’s fake, but then so is Barry and his whole administration.
