Well, I am no fan of Frank and this is a stupid way to fund social security. Still, how can anyone argue that people paying in who will never collect help fund social security.

Of course Frank will want to legalize these people and ex-post award them benefits. So if Frank had his way, what he said would be false. But if he does not have his way, he is right.

Oh, they will get SS—count on it. BTW—whatever amount they contribute to SS is more than offset by the other social and educational services they consume. Its a net fiscal loss and a cultural disaster.
