You know, a blind pig will occasionally find an acorn. The guy is right. "African Americans" are at quite a terrible disadvantage in America, as long as they're NOT from Africa. Or the Caribbean. The so-called "African American" culture is what holds them back. The vast majority of Black immigrants into the US don't seem to see all the things holding them back that the native Blacks claim. They haven't been inculcated into the popular "African American" culture, which engenders a refusal to accept responsibility for themselves, coupled with an entitlement attitude and government policies that encourage it.

Interestingly enough, when native American who happen to be Black reject the thug culture that's celebrated by far too many Black people, can and do become wildly successful. The only thing holding them back is themselves. "Free your mind, and your ass will follow."
