It would be a good idea for GM to have the Koreans build this car. They’re already geared up to build on a small vehicle platform, an they’re cost effective when it comes to introducing an new vehicle to an uncertain market.
North Korea or South Korea? Could not tell from the article, but why would they be concerned with sharing technology with China if it was in South Korea??
