People don’t get college degrees any more. They get college indoctrination.
I got my education without college. Anybody who can spell “library” and/or has internet access can.
Heck, I’m teaching myself Java right now. Why? because I overheard a couple of hiring managers saying there is a desperate need for them and as a contractor you can do it from home. And it pays VERY well. (Six figures if you are any good at it, and that is even if you live in a low cost of living part of the country). I have COBOL experience and expect to have this wrapped up within less than two months of FREE online training and can then offer the skill to my current employer.
Get off your butts and learn a skill that brings value to other people! That is how we earn money.
You should be in college and studying hard for a job. Seems like many did not think about getting a job until the end of their senior year
How many of these college students voted for obama? I bet all of them. Now they are seeing what an all consuming government monster REALLY costs.
What schools do these people go to and who forced them.
100 grand for school?
Car 500, maybe time for a cheaper car love.
Tolls, blame your Dems on that
Gas , well include the taxes the left likes tom put on in your state?
No jobs,er it is those who you protest who make jobs and hire, , maybe you need to look at those who are crippling the economy and it begins with O
What strikes me is that these chicks are kinda hot. They don’t look like misled, smelly vegans at all.
Picture # 1 - no one making $52k is paying 35% and if she is complaining about her taxes, she is in the wrong movement. And anyone’s job could be gone in a moment.
Picture # 2 - self proclaimed “Useless degree in Classical Studies” - bad personal choices.
Picture # 3 - Yes, it’s your fault in choosing happiness over money - your choice.
Picture # 4 - $31,000 in loans is not impossible to overcome, plenty of people have owed way more - get a second job (I’ve had 3 jobs at one time) and if she is complaining about her taxes, she is in the wrong movement.
Picture # 5 - Criticizing your company on your own blog - very smart, another bad personal choice.
Picture # - over $100k in student loans - she should have gone to a state school where 4 years is anywhere from $40 to $60 k. Again, another bad personal choice.
Great post.
Somebody should hand out fliers that spending 200 grand at a “name” school to get a degree with ZERO job potential is a bad economic decision.
I like #3’s sign. Apparently, she isn’t responsible for myself. She asked:
Is it my fault I chose happiness over money?
No, it’s probably her mama’s or teacher’s fault. I’m sure Bush is at least partially responsible for her poor decisions, too.
This is what happens when children are told, “We’re all winners here” and not allowed to play dodge ball.
One ball to the face when she was young and she would be a lawyer or oncologist.
my point too.
100 grand for school , what school did she go to.
Useless degrees in the real world, seems they take a fun class and degree or an easy one and then can’t figure it out why they have no job even when they stand there holding a silly sign in a square.
35% , no way is she paying that much
Tolls, it is the Dems in her state who put the tolls there but 500 for a car, , obviously she has not heard of a used car, an old banger to get started, hell my first car had holes in the bottom of it and I had to put a carpet over the hole to stop the snow from coming in and on my feet
Now I got a 1 year old car and still never had a new car but I will get there some day
These people have grown up with a silver spoon in their mouth and now can’;t figure how things work when mom and ad say you have it all now get to work and pay YOUR BILLS.
Protesting the people who make and give jobs while ignoring the person who is killing this country and jobs and who they voted for OBAMA
Do 'Occupy Wall Street' Protests Represent Your Views of the Economy?
It’s not so much that they have grown up with a silver spoon in their mouth - they feel entitled to all of the things that they want.
He switched from Liberal Arts to Computer Engineering Technology. (He is at the local community college.)
All but one of these "victims" didn't bother to select a college career that would provide marketable skills.
The other guy, who was fired for criticizing his company on his blog, got what he deserved. He is an overage, childish idiot!
What they do not seem to get is your major or your training is what matters..
Degrees in basket weaving, womans or black studies or philosophy are not needed right now..
What does work is boots on the ground training...

Funniest thing would be, education is free, starting now. Anything before that stil has to be paid back.
My guess is that she looked at her paycheck and probably gets 65% of her gross amount.
I live in NY and state taxes for her income bracket is not that high maybe 3 or 4 %.
If she lives or works in NYC, she could take a train for $200 a month instead of paying for a car, insurance, gas, tolls etc.
Recurring secondary theme in these is: “the government takes 30% of my income”. I’m sure they could put that 30% to good use pulling themselves out of the hole they put themselves in (recurring primary theme). How is this confiscation somehow Wall Street’s “fault”?
