Unfortunately, the facts directly contradict this statement. If you parse Holder's statement carefully, it's a very Clintonesque sentence. I admire the lawyer he had write it.
Notice that he does not say "the upper levels of the DOJ were not involved in Fast and Furious". He's effectively really saying "I don't think you will be able to find enough evidence, provable in court, that would convince a jury that Fast and Furious was directed by me and Obama".
