Alright, maybe you implied "me" when you say Perry supporters are (bad, mean, ugly, etc)..

They can speak for themselves.

Here's how I've tried to support and debate with people:

During early summer, we had Romney as a declared candidate. But nobody was real hip on Romney. Except for this Jim Robinson cat. (its a joke!!! don't kill me)...

Then we had at some point or another, Pawlenty and Santorum. Yawn. Then Bachmann gets in. This stirred a lot of interest here. Yay-hoooo finally a conservative!! But people were holding out for Sarah Palin, still. Ron Paul jumps in at some point. The waterheaded people with pocket protectors and briefcases filled with marijuana became outraged with enthusiasm for HIM! Yes they did. He wants no wars and to legalize dope!

So I'm over here, kicked back, got a little dip of Cope in my cheek, boots on the desk, watching all of you hyenas go crazy for candidates A-L.

I hear through the grapevine that my governor (Perry) might jump in the race. I thought "Alright, this could be reeeeal good. We got a hodge podge of cartoon characters up there now, why not Rick Perry?" lol

But seriously, I thought he adds a nice choice and dimension. So yes, I started vocally supporting his run on here. I still do. I tried to duck out from the crowbars and bar stools being lobbed at me from org.whodat and other hippies and gov bean counters. Basically, I tried to keep it above board and friendly.

So that's where I am today. Just a supporter, still hoping for a Perry win!!
