I'm sorry but your statements about Cain are completely fraudulent. The role of the President is not to impose your personal political dogmas on everyone else. He is suppose to be President of the USA, not the Conservative movement.

I know this is going to blow you welded shut mind, but the 10th Amendment is not a suggestion. Having a President who is willing to ignore the Constitution to impose a Social Conservative agenda is not much better then one who ignores it for the Left.

Glad you love your candidate of choice, lying about the others will not help your candidate.

...the 10th Amendment is not a suggestion.

Exactly my point, so what do you think would really happen if Roe vs. Wade were overturned?

A: Not much, really. Some states, such as Texas would be allowed to outlaw the practice. Other states, such as California, would continue to allow them as always.

The solution is in ensuring that our President appoints Supreme Court Justices who will respect the 10th Amendment. From what I have seen, Cain will not really care about the 10th Amendment in his appointments. Such carelessness will most assuredly give us Justices that would declare a "national right" to homosexuality, polygamy, or any other social issue simply because it is allowed in some states but not all. This is what happened with abortion, and it is the model the progressives are currently using.

Some Freepers have issues with The Hermanator, but cannot articulate them without resorting to distortions or ridiculous logic. Note to the anti-999 crowd: ANY tax can be raised. The issue is that many Americans do not have any skin in the game. They are the users and we are the producers. I am sick of taking care of those who never put forth the effort to work that I have done for over 40 years.
