I heard about this case a year ago. The report is not current.There are a raft of legal eagles involved who need to be imprisoned. This will have to get to a vicious state’s attorney or into federal court for there to be any justice.
It’s already in federal court. It was Judge Furgeson from the U.S. Distric Court in Dallas that ordered the receivership. There are also motions before the 5th Circuit.
