Providing benefits to people who are here illegally only encourages more. You would only do that if you are not concerned with the fact that they are not supposed to be here. Instead you you reward them?

I think he also denied any TTC or if there was a Trans Texas Corridor under way, he was not involved in it. Anyone on FR beleive that?

We deal with reality here in Texas, that’s why we’ve been trying increase security at the border and have attempted time and again to get the Federal government to do its job.

Since the Feds force us to educate the children of illegal aliens, we end up with young 17 and 18 year olds who have lived here at least 3 years, who graduate from our high schools while living with their illegal alien parents, and who get admitted to college. As a State, we decided in 2001 and again in 2005 to allow an exception to the non-resident tuition for these achievers.

I’ve never seen anything with the Governor denying that he supported TTC.Do you have a source on that denial?

I have seen Wayne Christian’s explanation about how the Governor changed course on TTC.
