Any American born terrorist who takes actions against his country, as this vermin did, has null and voided his citizenship, and his therefore eligible for a military exit from this life. Joe Biden says Tea Party members are terrorists. Can Obama order their citizen leaders killed if they are in Yemen? How about Arizona? Virgin Islands? Can CIA or US military kill any US citizen Obama deems terrorist on US territory or just in the Middle East?
Is there an official null and void or does the government decide who has given up their citizenship by their actions.
