Very good. But 2016? If Fundamental Transformer-in-Chief is re-elected, I doubt our republic will be salvagable by anything short of a full-throated, full-bore rebellion.
It is one thing to know that the opposition go all out to destroy you. It is quite another to know that they would gladly destroy your entire family and all it's generations. So the Palins will have come to terms on that issue.
The length of her list of enemies on the left AND the right would rival the Great Wall of China because, as you have so succinctly pointed out previously, she (and the TEA Party) represent the death of the current political status quo and the return to path that the Founders intended.
I've been mulling over various scenarios until my muller is quite sore and the best I can come up with is that she will keep everyone guessing until the very last second and then declare candidacy for the Presidency in 2012. At that time all hell will break loose and uproar will be the order of the day.
She will need all the financial, moral and physical support we can muster because this will be a titanic battle for the soul of this nation.
Looks like 5 more years of “She will definitely win if she decides to run”
But what about all those sure fire 'clues', like the running outfit?
Sarah Palin notes this decision as a life-changing decision-probably the most important in her life-and you are upset she wont follow YOUR timeline? Do as YOU would?
that observation ALONE....life-changing decision speaks volumes as to the integrity of any answer she finds finally to that question.
Who among us...in her shoes..with the media at our feet....with Senators, Congressmen, and Governors standing in rows to receive her imprimatur...tens of thousands roaring in the wings for HER...could sit contemplatively..pondering, obviously praying, over such a life-changing decision? Most of us would rush the cameras in a heartbeat, as hard as Al Sharpton ever would, launching ourselves onto CNN, MSNBC, FOX etc. chasing our 15 minutes headlong into futility...
Regardless of what she decides, we already have been graced with her gifts such as they are, to our Republic...and consider any further offering of herself upon the national stage as a gift from Him, one far beyond what we as a nation deserve.
Wow! The author describes the gop beautifully:
“(The Tea Party)bids fair to upset the long tradition of Republicans showing their moral superiority to Democrats by acquiescing and compromising away their principles on every major policy issue as soon as it threatens to be inconvenient for the Democrats.”
Nail. Hammer. Impact.
