I just started Marcus Luttrell’s book, “Lone Survivor” last night.
I’m only 50 pages into it, and Luttrell already has brought up the insane ROEs that they are forced to use in battle.
I realize that the Marine Code is not a ROE, but our men go into battle with their hands tied behind their backs.
