Herman had better address how he will rid of us income tax before he legislates a 9% national sales tax.

We could end up with both.

And I already pay 8 and 3/4 sales tax here in Texas.
Am I to pay 17 and 3/4% on daily goods?

What I wrote was “Herman Cain perpetuates an evil of democracy”. And he does this by ignoring the rule of apportionment with respect to a general tax laid among the States. I take it you disagree with the founding fathers expressed intentions for which the rule of apportionment was adopted?
