You are right, the Constitution should only have force when we as a society decide that the protected objects of the Constitution are worth that protection. Further, the U.S. government has never overstepped its bounds in any case, and is an omniscient benefactor of us all.
You are willing to ignore the Constitution to get an outcome that you desire. This is the same strategy employed by our beloved leader and liberals and progressives everywhere.

Bonnie and Clyde received the rule of law, and so did the raghead. Did you ever hear of the term “Wanted! Dead or Alive” ? Both B & C and the raghead immam were dealt with under THAT principle. Sometimes an entity’s continuing to live and to ply their “trade” is so dangerous to the world and society at-large that the only remedy is what befell these 2 examples!
