Shut the damn Post Office down. Its an anachronism. Everything can be done my email and/or Fedex now.

On the days that our postman even shows up he's here at 5:30 pm or later. The guy isn' stupid though. He delivers one or two pieces when he comes and leaves all the heavy stuff for his 1 day a week replacement. LOL Nothing stolen thus far. The last one snagged three packages in a six month period.
Please don't, we pay enough already in extra taxes for that rip off too. The only common 'waste' product worth recycling is aluminum. Paper, cardboard, plastics, etc are far easier to produce new than to recycle, and they take up tremendous amounts of space and energy in transporting around, not to mention open payments by cities to have the waste hauled away. And odds are, most of it will actually end up in a landfill anyway.
More union greed and hate.

I haven’t checked my mailbox in 6 years. The idiot can keep putting crap in there, lol, it just ends up being him who has to clean it out.
If he leaves it on the ground, I don’t touch it. It’s not my litter I didn’t leave it there.
All my bills are online, all my correspondences with people are digital and all my reminders are e-mail with the professional services I use. I’m 29. NOTHING comes in the mail but garbage, I meant literally stuff that just goes right into the kitchen trash can.
Why I would touch or accept anything that only causes me to put something in my hand and do physical work dumping it into a trash can is beyond me.
I’m still wondering how long it will be before the cops either give the post man a ticket for littering or she just gets fed up and does something else with my mail.
Simple fact is, no one I know is sending me anything, I didn’t ask for anything and I’m not going to be forced into accepting trash and advertisements I don’t want.
So far my system has worked out fine. No one says anything except one time another tenant said something about all “my trash” I told her I never touched it, didn’t put it there and certainly won’t be going around the building picking up other people’s trash. She laughed and said good point!

I just remembered the Seinfeld episode when Kramer tried such a thing.
Just take them out and toast marshmallows and cook weenies with it.

I send out thousands of packages a week, all with tracking. It is amazing how much of the time, the packages end up going on tours of the United States. One was delivered to the postal center in TN, same town as the eventual destination. Three days later it was in Atlanta, four days after in FL, and finally, it’s back in TN and might actually get delivered 10 days after arriving at the same post office.
The system’s long been broken, but like union health care scams, there’s no incentive to fix it. If they do, ‘all those jobs go away.’ Like all those who still fill out the ledgers by hand at the MTA union’s self insurance shop. Thousands of ledger books track the money, and probably not one records the waste from physical recording vs computer data entry.
Sell the Post Office and hire temps only and there won’t be any union problem.It works for Microsoft.
We get regular love gifts from a certain Christian organization and they are regularly delivered smashed, broken ripped, etc.
My National Reviews used to arrive by mail with the top pages slashed by a knife. When I complained to the Post Office subsequent issues were delivered intact.
hahah yeah! But he actually tried to do it officially, that was his problem.
I just implemented it myself. ha!
Can’t they be returned to sender?
Our regular mail lady is great, but her 1 day replacement mailman is something else again. If he has a package for us that won’t fit in the box by the road, he will bring it up to the house, but first, he puts all the other mail in the mailbox, lol.
