This is what I was referencing when Nixon made his thought (stated). One phone call, eighty percent of the population disappears. That says these people have enormous power. The question of those taking the orders would act on those orders or not I believe to be a mystery. Is anyone powerful enough to place people in positions to act on those orders, if given? Personally ... would rather not think of all the possibilities, though would guess ... it is possible.
