Rush was responding to Dick Morris’ assertion that Obama was going to drop out of running for re-election.

His point was more that Americans had elected someone who cannot even fundamentally prove his legal identity...there is no BHO II born in Honolulu, Hawaii at Kapiolani Hospital on August 4, 1961 despite what Obamabuttsniffers claim.
