Just remember that with no elections the terms of office of the President and Congress, except for the holdovers in the Senate, cease to exist in January 2013. At that point they no longer possess the office or hold power. That ‘government’ becomes a foreign occupying entity at that point.
And remember, “the Legislative Powers [being] incapable of Annihilation [would] return to the People at large [or the States] for their exercise”
