Herman Cain has addressed this concern. With the entire convoluted and monstrous tax code eliminated, it will be a lot more difficult for politicians to insert “sneaker” taxes into legislation. A simplified tax code will allow the people to easily notice “sneaker” tax legislation and voice protest before it gets to a vote.

The only way to address this is an amendment to the US Constitution ending the income tax. Time and tax creep, NN. They are both facts of life.
