Nope. Wet and cold is globull warming, too. Wet = La Nina, Cold = Globull cooling, both caused by wicked human beings driving SUV’s.

Many times, I have seen self proclaimed ‘experts’ decide that extreme cold, snowstorms, icestorms were the result of ‘climate change’.
