Has anyone ever had an account frozen? Do they really not tell the owner of the account how much is there?
The funds were co-mingled between unaffiliated third parties. Until each of the third parties forfeit claims or lawyer up and reach agreement in mediation or a courtroom on a division of remaining assets, all assets are frozen by the presiding mediator or judge in this particular situation.
Which leads to my question... do political organizations and campaign committees carry E&O insurance for staffers?
