You are wrong on that. If an out of state person moves to Texas they get in-state tuition after 1 year. The children of illegals have to have been there 3 years.

You still don't see the problem with allowing criminal invaders such benefits.

It's not free access to a bank account. They have to PAY their own tuition. What part of that can't you grasp or are you deliberately trying to spread false information?

If the feds were deporting them Texas wouldn't have to do this, but they catch them, turn them over to the feds (as is required) and the feds turn them loose. Would you rather have them on the streets, breaking into homes, stealing cars and selling drugs? They had little choice. All they are "giving" them is the opportunity to better themselves, not giving them an education, allowing the opportunity for them to better themselves if they are willing to pay for it.
