The immigration issue will remain large in the primaries. It is one of the main issues that distinguishes Perry from the others. No other Rep candidate supports in-state tuition for illegal aliens, as far as I know. And it will hurt him in SC, which has seen a 148% growth in its Hispanic population during the period 2000 to 2010, which is the highest in the nation percentage wise followed by Alabama (145%), Tennesee (134%), Kentucky (122%), Arknasas (114%) and North Carolina (111%).

It is interesting to note that Georgia and North Carolina are 10th and 11th in terms of the number of Hispanics living in the state. CA, TX,FL, NY, and ILL are the top five.

AND Gov. Perry wants the borders sealed.

He doesn’t want those here (who are making many more citizens) voting for LIBERALS!

The border must be SEALED. And Perry will seal it!
