Why spend our money then to educate people who aren’t going to be able to be productive to the country?

My opinion on the whole immigration bit is:

I don't agree with illegals getting US benefits... and I think that if we cut them off from the benefits, they would up and self-deport themselves, mostly. Out of those that stayed, they would be the self-reliant, which are the type of people we *WANT* to be our immigrants.

As for the in-state college rate, I think it's a red herring meant to distract us. So what if they get in-state tuition rates, they are in the state. The real question is why our Federal government is letting them in and advertising for more with all the benefits given. None of which is addressed by focusing in on the in-state tuition rate law signed by a state governor.
