Breitbart nails anti-Palin author

Hating Sarah Palin is a cottage industry built around those intolerant intellectuals who never bothered to find out just who she is and instead bitterly cling to their stereotype of her as a Church Lady who shoots Bambi from helicopters. Those who hate her are shelling out $13.99 to buy charlatan Joe McGinniss’s book, “The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin,” which apparently is more fiction than fact.

That’s because Joe McGinniss spent a summer in Alaska on his publisher, Random House’s dime and could not come up with anything new.

His words, not mine.

In an e-mail intercepted by Andrew Breitbart, Joe McGinniss wrote to a gossip blogger: “Jesse, if you can put me in touch with people who are willing and able to substantiate any of the above, now is the time to do so. Otherwise, I hope you won’t complain that there are no startling new revelations in my book. My publisher and I think it’s damning enough without airing the family’s dirty laundry, but because Sarah’s hypocrisy about her family is one of the things that galls me most, I’d like to be able to publish facts in regard to a) through f) above, but I emphasize facts.”

[....]

Even liberals believe Joe McGinniss and Random House went too far.

If she runs, I will vote for Sarah Palin satisfied that there are no skeletons in her closet. She is who she says she is. So many people have vetted her that I have full confidence that there is no scandal anywhere.

Now then, maybe Random House can hire someone to dig up the dirt, finally, on a fellow named Barack Obama. He is, after all, only the president of the United States.

I forgot the quote, but someone once said, “Your character should be such that if someone tries to disparage you, that nobody will believe it”. Even LEFTISTS are bashing this book. If there was anything really there that would “get” Palin, it would have come out a long time ago. Frankly I don’t know how Palin could have had the time for all of the awful things she’s accused of.

This is so going to backfire so much (to Palin’s favor) that pretty soon they’ll be thinking that McGinniss is a Palin plant.

A thread on this liberal attempt at smearing Sarah Palin has already been pulled. Please don’t spread these lies.

Meanwhile, the low-fidelity ex President, Bill Clinton, is the BEST thing Democrats have that’s still floating around.

My publisher and I think it’s damning enough without airing the family’s dirty laundry, but because Sarah’s hypocrisy about her family

This is the ONLY morality liberals have - it's why they can fawn over a killer like Castro or Stalin or even Charlie Manson.

Here's how liberal 'morality' works. THE ONLY standard they accept is one they make for themselves. If a serial killer admits he's a killer and is proud of it, that's the standard he's held to. If a minister aspired to always be fair, a liberal will condemn him for throwing a gum wrapper out a window. While crying for the serial killer.

A proud and upfront serial killer is superior to a person who tries to raise a family - but isn't 'perfect'.

And since the only perfect person could walk on water - and died on a cross many years ago - liberals feel they can condemn any person who aspired to be good.

For a liberal the more a person is willing to wallow in the gutter, the better they are... no one can call Charles Manson a hypocrite.

It's the philosophy of evil ...

The philosophy of evil - it is built on a belief that there is no universal good. There remains, however, for the progressive/humanist/atheist/liberal/Marxist, universal evil. Any claim for universal good is, by liberal ideology, evil at all times and in all places. For liberals conservatism, religion, Biblical teachings, and so forth, are evil, always.

They hate Sarah Palin because their cynicism makes them think that people like Sarah exist only in Disney movies. Their self-image is dark and prone to misdeeds. An honest person can’t exist. A person who wants to serve the public rather than herself is unheard of. Who would tell the truth when a beneficial lie is available? The existence of Sarah Palin forces them to confront the person they have become.
