There is no such thing as a contradiction. If you encounter one, then one of your premises is wrong. Porkulus I was a success as far as Obama is concerned. Every state is now in debt to the Obama Administration. The percentage of Americans now dependent on government for their survival has increased considerably. America's future has been mortgaged away to the point that future generations will never be free again. And tens of millions of stimulus dollars are currently working their way towards their intended destination - Obama campaign coffers.
By Obama standards, the Porkulus bill was a resounding success. Growing the economy and putting people to work was never its intent.
