I think that you are the one who is bent on the destruction of the Constitution by making up silly legal theories that are just the opposite of what the law is. You said the 14thAmendment was to make slaves into citizens. Well, was Won Kim Ark a slave??? He wasn’t but the court still made him a citizen. Because he was born here. That whole big old long case is all about why and it is real clear to anybody who reads it. Plus in 2009 some people tried your law theory out in court and what happened to them??? Why are you just ignoring that and not telling people about it??? Huh, why???
