You must have found one of my White Papers on the subject if it was long winded. There were Vattle Birthers before Obama coughed up the long form but their arguments were just as wrong then. For some Birthers the Vattle stuff is their “Plan B”, which is just sooo a dead end.

I agree. They cite these bits and pieces of SC opinions and Federal laws to make some strange conclusion that overrides what the Constitution says in clear language.

Yeah, they had "Vattel Birthers" way back in 1916. Who would have thought they were so diabolical?

It's a waste of time for someone of your mental capacity, but here is a link anyway. (Charles Evan Hughes was the Republican Nominee for President in 1916, narrowly losing to Woodrow Wilson.)
