The other side of his 45rpm of Hello Muddah was a nifty little ditty named Here's to the Crabgrass which was a parody of In an English Garden. I had enough money to buy an Elvis or R&R 45rpm but took the Alan Sherman 45 instead.

Good but not anywhere near as good as "Hello Muddah ..." A classic - my mom used to laugh every time she heard it. She loved Shelly Berman too.
Just think of all the great comedians back then, and not one of them used a four letter word.
