Rep. Gutierrez (D-Ill.) thanked President Obama for by passing Congress when it comes to immigration..Uncle Omer's drunk driving harmless as jaywalking, this is unless your jaywalking and you are in his path...

If you are caught jaywalking, at a minimum you should have your backside hauled back to the side of the street you started on and have to wait until legally allowed to cross.

Munoz. Sounds hispanic to me. That probably explains why she believes what she does.

The statutes dealing with jaywalking have been amended to be reclassified to a new non-crime crime, that being “Jose-walking”

Cecilia Munoz of the National Council of La Raza says crossing the border illegally is a civil offense, not a criminal one. A quick look at Title 8, Section 1325 of the U.S. Code shows this to be false: Illegal entry into the United States is a misdemeanor on the first offense, and a felony afterward

Jaywalking?
Has Jay Leno commented?

All right! A new thread that I get to post
my previous reply all over again.
Cecilia Munoz, the White House director of intergovernmental affairs, compared the federal crime of being in the country illegally to jaywalking.
Well golly, Cecilia, if the government can make crimes equivocally comparable then can't criminals do the same thing?
If you, as a woman, were raped wouldn't that be, by your twisted thinking exhibited above, nothing more than consensual sex from the rapist's POV?

Nah, it’s not like jay walking, it’s more like drunk driving.

Breaking into and unauthorized entry into your house is a felony, as it should be,
Breaking into and unauthorized entry into your country is a felony, as it should be.
America is a nation of laws. Felonies must be prosecuted.

I have never seen nor heard of a US citizen killing anyone jaywalking. Almost every day I read or hear of an incident where an illegal immigrant driving an automobile under the influence has killed an American citizen.
