Well, to paraphrase Nick Lowe, from the establishment elite, it's not "Cool to be Kind" to Sarah Palin. Give them time. I believe she has the support from the regular folks to get her the nomination. The GOP establishment will,for the most part, follow our lead after that. Begrudgingly, perhaps.
