This is why I don’t expect Paul Ryan to support a future Palin presidential run despite her having been of the first to support his Medicare reform plan. For although he’s often proposed conservative legislation, he has never voted against not-so-conservative bills drafted by the other party leaders whether from the house or the senate. It’s not for naught that Ryan is number-four in the house, as part of leadership according to those currently in power is defined as going with the flow.

Folks, the establishment elites WILL NOT Do what needs to be done. We need new blood, new thinking in the White House and the Congresses.

Palin is a threat to both the GOP’s “good old boys” club AND the DemocRATS’ “good old girlyboys” club.

“You’ve already withstood the wrath, the disdain, and the lies from the media and the Permanent Political Class looking down on you – on US — mocking us, making things up about us, telling us to go to Hell. You have already withstood that. We’re still standing, standing here today, standing strong, and we’re RESTORING all that’s good about America.”

Palin probably will not run. If she did, she would be my choice since she owes neither the GOP or Democrats anything but a headache. She is a real Conservative and a solid Constitutionalists.

I’m not a big Palin fan, but she is very right about the relationship between Big Business and Big Gov and I hope she uses her fame to spread the word of this around. The two-party system has indoctrinated us (all of us—Dems and Reps) to believe that we need to support one or the other. The truth is that both are like abusive parents—you can run to one to escape the wrath of the other, but eventually that one wants to hit you too. We need to tell both that we are no longer dancing to their tune. Of course, telling Big Biz to get out of our lives is harder than telling Big Gov to get out (getting either out of your life is nearly impossible). Big Biz signs many of our paychecks, controls our cell phone plan, decides what kind of cars we’re supposed to like, sets the price of gas, makes the movies, publishes the books, etc. Unlike Big Gov, we go to Big Biz willingly and surrender control in exchange for consumer goods and services.

This wouldn’t be such a bad thing, but then we get to the unholy alliance between Big Gov and Big Biz and the two-party Party. Finding a solution to that is difficult because we can’t tell where the lobbyist ends and the legistlator begins, where the regulations end and the crooked business practice begins. Its like the “mortgage crisis”. The banks made the sub-prime loans based on something the government said they MIGHT do and they profited heavily from it, but when the scheme failed they demanded a bailout and their accomplice (Big Gov) was happy to oblige. The government did nothing to rein them in because the banks’ pre-emptive self-regulation (loaning money to unqualified applicants on homes with over-inflated value) served the goals of the government without the government actually having to pass laws.

Dick Cheney contributed a lot to the country, but no one can deny he is a long-time member of the “Good Old Boys Club.”

Sarah has them all spinning like tops because she interferes with their agenda. But, I love it that Cheney is a bit unsettled by her. Just shows she stirs up both sides of the aisle and I can’t think of anything we need more right now.

I thought the NY Times article was most excellent. Have been of the opinion that she shouldn't run, but am changing my mind.

Going to watch The Undefeated tonight on PPV with an opening mind.

No more playing by the rules that keep America shackled by government and crony corporate capitalism.

No more announcing early, giving the MSM more time to rip you and waste campaign money defending yourself, no more going to early “debates” where The Leftist Inquisition rips you apart.

Going Rogue and driving lefties and RINOs crazy, all the while saving supporter’s campaign donations, by not announcing early.

We are holding our money in reserve, and when she does announce a tsunami of dollars will wash over America on it’s way to Sarah Palin.

She’s saving me money already!

Thank you Sarah, for not participating in the dog and pony show until there are fewer dogs and ponies.

God Bless America with true change and a president with a servant’s heart.

Cheney’s confusion over her resignation was quite surprising. Why can’t the D.C. conservatives comprehend a simple concept which so many of us ordinary citizens are capable of grasping with such clarity? My friends, this differentiation between us and them is precisely why Cheney and many other true conservative D.C. politicians simply cannot understand the true reason of Palin’s resignation.

It's nice to think so, but plenty of ordinary citizens also have trouble grasping the concept.

Don't really expect anyone to see this here, but I watched "The Undefeated" tonight and was moved by it. The gates of hell opened up on this woman's family, yet McCain stood silently by.

She is anything but the dimwit her enemies have made her out to be, and probably intuits the ailment of America better than anyone on our side.

Run Sarah, run.
