One word of advice.
Watch what you post about Sarah Palin. Some people are very sensitive about what is said and will call you names if it is considered negative. A couple of people have been zotted.
Just be polite to everyone.

Beautiful prose. I love to be here and hear that America attitude. God bless you bro. Reminds me of a Johnny Cash song.

Reminds me of a Johnny Cash song.
I was 19 y/o, a hard corps rock & roller and hated country music.
In my unit in 'Nam was a young Texan who brought a small tape player with him and turned me on to (primarily) Johnny Cash and Marty Robbins.
Two great singers and story tellers ... and who caused a little damage too.
To this day there are at least half a dozen of their songs that cause me to flash back .. and always bring a smile;

Seriously excellent advice from wardaddy, who I met via Free Republic. We had some times counter-protesting the great Soros unwashed.
More advice: check your state thread often to see what local members are up to or reporting on. Good luck!

Welcome, FRiend. We’re preparing your initiation ceremony. But first, I must ask you a question. Are you allergic to Wombats?

Forget wombats.
Do you like Alice Cooper?

Hi Spin,
You don’t see many personal introduction posts here although on other forums it’s expected. The forum is a bit tricky to use but I don’t think there is any impetus to change that. Other than that you will find a large cross-section of conservative thought here.
Welcome!

Don’t know as Mr. Cooper would incorporate wombats into his stage act.
He did include his pet snake though.

He feeds that thing something bigger than normal snake chow.
I know they don't make kibbles and bits for "Humongous Snake"!
