Why is a gun-capable guy in his early 30’s on social security disability?

He probably convinced the SSDI Judge that he was crazy.

In order to qualify for SSDI, you have to have worked 40 quarters, which means he has to have been working for 10 years.

I'm thinking he was using a false ID and he's not the person he has been pretending to be.

I do believe you are right, FRiend. A post above says he’s been in the US for only 10 years. Wouldn’t that be a coincidence that he has been here barely enough to get 40 quarters and that he has accomplished that.

Is there a right for a citizen to find the date of a weapon registration, date of purchase, etc., when the weapon’s being used in the commission of a crime?

Is there any right to insist that such evidence as that weapon be under control with a verifiable chain of custody?

He has parents so his qualification for SSI can rely on their credits.
