Why no Conservtaive in his right mind should vote for Ron Paul, as explained by Mark Levin and Jeffrey Lord.
Fellow FReepers, Ron Paul is a fraud just like Chairman Obama. This isn't Conservatism, not by a longshot.

Sorry, no can do.
Ping!
Thank you for the new wallpaper, FRiend!
Does Mark Levin consider George Bush (No Child Left Behind, Old Age Drug benefits, illegal alien amnesty, massive deficits) to be a conservative?
No. He has stated many times on his show that Bush was Nixonian, not Conservative.
I’m not defending Mark Levin with this thread. My purpose is to stop Ron Paul from permanently damaging the Conservative Movement.
A modern Lyndon LaRouche but better on economics
Could you define that? It tends to change with the person being discussed.
Limited Constitutional government.
Many of Ron Paul’s supporters don’t believe in the Constitution. Many are anarchists, like Lew Rockwell.
Is it damaging to be 30 years ahead of the curve?
I used to be a Ron Paul supporter. His stands on economics are commendable, but his views on everything else is deplorable.

Wow, this other one is even better!
I don’t think returning to the Articles of Confederation is “30 years ahead of the curve”. I don’t think George McGovern-like foreign policy is “30 years ahead of the curve”.
This man is not a Conservative. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.
That is the same way I feel about libertarians
Advocating for sound money and sound monetary policy and property rights that really mean something, these were most definitely 30 years ahead of the curve.
As far as our global military empire goes, it will come to an end soon for financial reasons and it will be wise to seriously ponder how to reconfigure to defend a non-imperial Republic than this totalitarian state we now have.
Yes! I knew she’d run!

Good Gawwd, Ron Paul is a libertarian, not a conservative republican. WHY is he even participating in the republican debates.
The man is the next best thing to a progressive commie. He treats our Constitution just like they do, as he thinks our Constitution exempts us from following the legitimate laws of the land.
He’s a froot loop who on the one hand says governance is remanded to the states and the people, but then he decides all by himself that we can’t pass laws to protect our children from drug dealers because it might trample on the rights of the farking drug addict who wants more drugs!
Not all Libertarians are like this whackjob. (The Koch brothers, the Cato Institute, heck, even Rand Paul is not like this.)
Ron Paul is a paleolibertarian.
