All the windmills have a very bad cost/benefit ratio. They’re really not at all like hydro.
I dunno, I had a friend who bought the top of a small mountain. When the power company wanted too much money to bring the lines up, he just built his own wind turbine. He cut his home into the inside of the mountain that is absolutely gorgeous with constant temperature kept by fans even with walls of glass. He nor his family have not had to sacrifice for a thing, and they always have electricity when lots of folks don’t.
