I do not live in WI but this is my husband's younger sister's husband. He is an attorney in WI and defended a 17 year old charged with vehicular manslaughter (or a similar charge, not quite sure). Evidently some of the evidence was manufactured/falsified by people involved.
Since then he says the WI Supreme Court and an office that deals with lawyers ethical complaints has pursued him and is essentially looking to fine him just under $100,000 which would devastate their family. He is in his own practice and has 13 children, one of which is less than a year old at this point.
As I said, I don't live there, am not 100% clear on the details, but they're asking for help to have this video publicized. I have no idea how to go about that or who I would even publicize this to so I'm posting this and hoping someone here may know someone that can help.
The video contains excerpts of his arguments before the WI Supreme Court. The lady you see in the background with dark shoulder length hair is his wife, my husband's sister. The email below came from her.

You haven’t heard from me since Joe’s Oral Argument last November because in almost ten months, the justices have yet to rule on Joe’s matter.
Those of you in Wisconsin (and perhaps the rest of you as well) are aware of the recent skirmishes among the Wisconsin Supreme Court justices. Things are boiling beneath the surface. Why do the justices have knives for one another? Don’t let the media fool you into believing it has anything to do with collective bargaining rights, etc.
A view of this 13 minute video, the highlights of Joe’s appearance in front of the judges, will indicate the deep level of corruption these justices have endorsed. This “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington” occurrence is both entertaining and informative about why the justices and the media are attempting to keep the lid on such corruption.

In the email, she asks about the strangeness of the WI Supreme Court.
As a WI resident, I can tell you that the Chief “Justice”(hardly) Shirley Abrahamson is a total B with and itch. She has poisoned the court for a long time.
Also present is “Justice”(not!) Bradley, Shirley’s partner in liberal crime.
Bradley recently accused conservative Justice Prosser of strangling her. Of course what happened was Bradley flew at Prosser and he held up his hands to deflect her, thus getting charged with attacking HER, when just the opposite happened.
The libs on the court are ridiculous Wisconsin liberals.
We have the worst liberals in the world here.
The repubs have a 5-4 advantage on the court at this time.
That is way too narrow a margin for true justice.

At least there is a one vote advantage for the conservative side of the court.
