They're primarily of European ancestry. Maybe a couple of Indians in the woodpile but not as many as they want you to believe.

The reason they look so much like Arabs and North Africans is their ancestors invaded Spain.

Now, regarding lands held by Spain, whatever these pukes tell you about a treaty between Mexico and Spain, Philippe I/II as well as Philippe II/III called the rest of the area North of Mexico the Kingdom of New Mexico ~ it had a separate legal existence in the eyes of its owners. It first began official settlement in 1598, just like Nova Scotia, and Virginia (this was prior to the more formal declaration of the Treaty of London (1604) but consistent with the wishes of Philippe II/III who succeeded his father Philippe I/II who died that year.)

Events on the ground do not give rise to any belief that Mexico, as a sovereign state, had lawful title to the Kingdom of New Mexico ~ particularly when that claim is tied in with pre-existing "native claims". If anything, the evidence is that "natives" from the Valley of Mexico invaded, murdered and ate many natives of both New Mexico and Arizona OVER THEIR OBJECTIONS.

Morality itself is against the Mexican claim.

Agreed. I always follow the arguments with interest when Mexican agitators for ‘Aztlan’ attempt to cozy up to the tribes. I have never seen them well or even politely received with the ‘we are one’ pitch to the Southwestern tribes. Never.

Sorry, brother, but you’re wrong. No offense.

Most Mexicans as we know are primarily of Indian heritage. There are a small minority of what you would call white Spanish, who make up the wealthy upper class of Mexican society. These are the decendants of the Spanish who conquered Mexico and others who subsequently came from Spain to settle. These individuals have no reason to come to the U.S. illegally; they have everything they could possibly want in Mexico. I used to date one when I was in college. The situation is similiar throughout most central and South American nations.
In Spain, unless you are in the very south, you will find the majority of natives indistinguishable from the French or Italians.

Not to mention that even if they had claim they held Texas for 10 years and the rest for 20. The U.S. has held it for going on 170 years. We’ve also paid them money I believe too.

They want to say they own something acquired by conquest (and not even by them), yet they don’t want to acknowledge that we have held that territory by conquest nearly 10X longer than they have.

They have no claim.

Certainly the pueblo settlements in northern New mexico would take issue with the notion that they were somehow mexican or chicano.

It is worth observing, however, that much of Texas, NM, AZ, and So CA do have a somewhat homogenous hispanic/gringo culture combination that goes back generations. This is not so much the case elsewhere in the US. The invasion of the illegal aliens across the lands has caught much of the country in a culture clash, which in turn has heightened the liberal militancy of hispanics in the border states.

Thanks for the data dense history of “New mexico”.

The Messicans wanting a race war have forgotten the First Law of Genocide - be in the majority.
