Gibson was first raided in 2009. They then filed suit to clear their name and have their property returned which they were confident they were winning.
Now to step up the intimidation and play further hardball (it seems) the Obama administration produced a second raid.
If Gibson moved years ago then was it before the first raid in 2009?
