Will the news media that is celebrating the rebels taking Libya today be as supportive of future patriots in this country who are forced to fight for freedom against our oppressive government, as the Declaration of Independence calls us to do? We all know the answer to that question.

I remember the riots of the 60’s and violence of the 70’s. The great inflation of Nixon/Carter years. It ain't over yet, and it is too early to throw in the towel.

There are still more of us than there are of them. True that some of the kids today don't realize what they are missing. All the more reason to do it now before that memory fades into history.

The new congress critters are a start. Take over the Republican party from within, starting at the precinct level. Kick out the GOP Establishment. Take over the party and take back the country, but it will take longer than 8 years.

Then do the same thing with the democratic party. There are plenty of Reagan Democrats - get them working within their party to take it over and kick out the radical commies.

In America, when we don't like what's happening, we typically vote for the other party. Hence, we need the conservative people to nail down both parties.

I have another story to point to. Phyllis Schafly almost single handedly derailed the equal rights amendment, because she saw it as an attack on the family.

She had 3 presidents and most of Congress Critters against her. Certainly the News media also portrayed her as some sort of wild eyed freak. She won. So can we.

It would appear there are two versions of "the cube" out there.

All of the items on your list are significant problems that can easily be addressed and solved using past solutions to those same problems.

The battle is for the soul of America and to that end, President Barak obama has been a gift.

No one else has shown us the future in a way we cannot ignore. And since it scares us so badly, he now has our relatively undivided attention.

And, the majority of those paying attention don't like what they see. The fruits of progressivism/liberalism are exactly what we were warned they would be.

Even those who haven't been paying attention are feeling it and will take their displeasure out on the appropriately guilty if they have it 'splained to them.

And, that will take a good, plain spoken, common sense conservative who can keep people listening.

There's only one and it ain't Perry.

I don’t remember all of those events, but I do remember the aftermath somewhat. Like you, I’m not so willing to surrender, and like a few others, I’m not willing to walk away so easily, either.

I think that leaves me here for the fight, whatever it winds up looking like. Thanks!

http://kitmantv.blogspot.com/2011/05/agenda.html

Movie detailing how the communist agenda has infiltrated and influenced our government, the enviromental movement, education, the universities etc for decades, and how it all comes together with 0bomba and his pals.

Very educational and informative and not the slightest bit wingnut. I take issue only with two details the historical research is excellent.

Personally I think it’s too late to fix anything without mayhem or violence. Why do I think this? Because the lefitsts are driven to violence, they insist on it, they want it, and they will have it. They refuse any other way.

We need to remember we didn't get to this state overnight. Being born in the early 1950s, I remember life as it was then, and how much it's changed just in my lifetime. Think back to 50 years ago, when we stood on the threshold of manned space flight, and we were ALL proud to be Americans.

The mid and late 60s were disastrous to our social fabric in so many ways, we ended up throwing the baby out with the bathwater where American traditions and exceptionalism were concerned. And it's true that the anarchists of that time have wormed their way into all aspects of our life, still bent of reshaping our country into a bizarro world our founders wouldn't recognize. Worse still, these neo-leftists consider themselves smarter, better, and more clever than those of us who still honor hard work, education, ethics, religion, and patriotism. And they feel entitled to anything and everything they can grab for their ilk, being the "elite" among us, never once pausing to reflect upon the source of all wealth in this country - hard work from the private sector.

We won't change course overnight. All we can do to restore our country to what our founders had in mind is to stay involved, call 'em as we see 'em, and not be afraid of what we're being told by the MSM. They're on their deathbeds, and they know it, but they've already thrown in with the lawless, rogue government that currently is in occupied DC. So all they can do is hope that, somehow, the corrupt and amoral will somehow pull a rabbit out of the hat and prevail. They won't.

Why? Because America is more than just another country. It's also an ideal, not just to us, but to those who still live under oppression all over the globe. If it comes down to a domestic conflict between the productive and the parasitic, you know who has the motivation and the hardware to prevail. And it's not those who know nothing more than getting 2 checks each month while engaging in nothing but sloth and avarice.

And don't be surprised if our efforts are supported by the freedom loving from all corners of the globe. If America fails, we will have allowed the last, best hope of the rest of the world to be extinguished. And very few of us will simply stand by and watch it happen. Sure, some of us will turn tail and run off to a better life somewhere else. However, I don't think I could look in mirror knowing that I abandoned like minded patriots who all refused to be cowed by the corrupt into leaving their home.

A government that has abused the sacred trust of the people forfeits the consent of the governed. But they still depend on our respect of the law and desire for peace to keep us in line. And we'll continue to correct our nation's course through peaceful means, exercising our vote and networking whenever we can.

But they've seriously underestimated our anger, our motivation, and our willingness to confront evil when necessary. Because, after all, they're so much "smarter" than we are.

And that, is a very, very dangerous assumption.

I’m reading the Whitaker Chambers book, The Witness, about his journey from the communist underground to a witness against it.

Chambers said that conservatives cannot adequately fight against communism because communists are waging war against democracy and freedom and all conservatives want to do is conserve the freedoms that we have.

I really should read that book. Meant to, got it from library, gave it back, just pure laziness.

Communists don’t mind and in fact delight in using the dirtiest of dirty tactics. People using tournament rules fighting with dirty street fighters will always lose.

Chambers says that the end always justifies the means for communists.

I came across an interesting paragraph about something Bork said in his book, Slouching Toward Gomorrah, that I think pertains to what we are seeing right now, with the riots, the shootings at the football game, and last night, we had 4 people shot at our NW WA state fair.

Slouching Toward Gomorrah sounds like a book that I should read.

According to Mr. Bork, the enemy within that brings about this corrosion is modern liberalism, of which the defining characteristics are radical egalitarianism (”the equality of outcomes rather than of opportunities”) and radical individualism (”the drastic reduction of limits to personal gratification”). Modern liberalism differs from classical liberalism. Classic liberalism—the liberalism of Locke, Montesquieu, Smith, and Jefferson, for instance—has the twin thrusts of liberty and equality. But because liberalism has no corrective within itself, all it can do is endorse more liberty and demand more rights. This unqualified enthusiasm for liberty has trumped the need for order. In decades and centuries past, order took care of itself because liberty and equality were tempered by restraining forces in American culture—family, church, school, neighborhood, and inherited morality. Today the authority of those institutions has been eroded. As such, the concepts of liberty and equality have changed since their enshrinement in the Declaration of Independence. Liberty has become “moral anarchy.” Equality has become “despotic egalitarianism.” Rot and devastation follow. Such is modern liberalism.

One of the main lessons (and easiest to understand and to explain) is the concept of inherently dangerous terrain during a civil conflict. Places that might be idyllic during normal times can become the worst hell-holes then.

Think of building towers in the Balkans, during prolonged mortar and sniper fire. No elevators, electricity, water or sewage. How many otherwise smart professionals live today in trendy condos that are “real convenient to downtown.”

Do they ever consider how their lives would be transformed if their building was cut off form services and was under prolonged harassing sniper fire, or worse?

(Incidentally, many of these brainiacs who live in these towers are the same ones who have helped engineer our financial demise, which they didn't see coming either.)

Yeah, I didn’t make the graphic, somebody made it from my scanned pencil drawing on graph paper. Then it got corrected part way, but both are still out there. No matter, the cube idea is much less complicated than that graphic appears.
