The American Revolution was based on a people that had Christian foundations. The French revolution was a revolution based upon humanist foundations. The difference in the results, stability and effectiveness of the two are vast.
The American Revolution was a war of independence and fought for freedom. The French was a war against the rich who they thought were the source of all their problems, so they eliminated the rich and royals and discovered that didn’t solve all their problems. It created a vacuum for a charismatic nationalist dictator to run the place and ultimately destroy France even further.

Other CEO’s would then hire Xe Services(Blackwater) to guard their homes. Then it’s SHTF on the next attempted home invasion.
That is a possibility however POTUS Obama is the greatest firearms salesman in this nations history even beating Bill Clinton.
Yes there are some folks with University degrees who would watch this happen & have absolutely no idea on what to do or why it happened however they are a very small minority.
As you have said the folks who want to run wild in the streets burning & doing the poo flinging monkey dance will be absolutely amazed at the number of deer rifles ,shotguns,AR-15’s,AK-47 variants stashed away in the back of closets & 9mm auto pistols in nightstands owned by folks who will in fact shoot back to keep their homes form being torched.
Rich CEO’s in this country will have all of the private protection that they can afford, if they don’t already.
If gun sales and ammunition sales are up under the Obama administration, don’t you think the CEO’s already have those numbers on speed dial with cash in hand, ready for everything to be installed and in place in very short order?
If they think that their home isn’t safe, they’ll just leave the country and go someplace safer, until they have a bunker at home.
In the area where I live, expensive homes with panic rooms as an option have been built for the past ten years. People put them in, along with their third or fourth garage, their built in pools, their fourth story, their wine cellar. These homes probably sold for $400,000.
I think the CEO’s are more than prepared already, because they have gates at the end of the driveway, alarm systems and domberman pinschers as well as guards. The flash mobs may want those houses, but they’ll start near mine, first.
