You apparently don't believe in freedom of speech, or the right to question what the government tells us. If you had been the parent of a sixth grade girl when Perry mandated that she be vaccinated with Gardusil, and you had dared to question the safety of the drug, you would have been laughed at by Perry supporters, and told to sit down and shut up. Even years later, when even the medical establishment said Gardusil was more dangerous than the virus itself, Perry continued to defend his decision. Only when he decided to run for President did he issue his Oopsie statement. We all make mistakes, he said. "But I darn sure listen." Funny thing is, he never listened to the parents who objected. But he darn sure listened to the pollsters when they told him the Gardusil fiasco could hurt him in his presidential bid.
