You don't know about the nature or the complete facts to SSgt Moran's discharge or how it it will be officially characterized.

To expand on my post @ 69 to you.

The Gooberment via, voluntary separation, could discharge SSgt Moran for government convenience as a “conscious objector.”

or

Involuntary separate him for the “convenience of the government” for numerous reasons that could come to their minds.

How about in the interest of national security [Obama security to protect his usurpation!] as one of many official reasons.
