I said that most FReepers think of Obama as an Un-indicted crook and that it is a campaign issue for the sane voters. I did not say Obama is about to get indicted by some grand jury.
And if you can come back to, well close to the real world, from your Birther flights of fantasy, you might also explain how BO not being indicted is going to advance the cause of defeating him on November 6, 2012.
