"There’s just one hitch: Moran, an ophthalmology technician assigned to the 86th Airlift Wing at Ramstein Air Base, is actually on an approved leave status, according to a statement released by U.S. Air Forces in Europe.

He is being discharged for disobeying orders and failing a psych test from previous incidents His birther stamenements came out after he was being out-processed...and you can bet he isn't getting an Honorable Discharge either. The Air Force can't comment on Moran because of the "Privacy Act of 1976".
