This guy ought to have a competent lawyer who understands both military procedure and the method of contesting adverse military decisions in Federal Court.

He needs to get that person on board before he says the first word on the record.

For example, his complaint is nothing to do with a birth certificate--what he wants is to request that the Commander in Chief and the authorized officer who communicates orders confirm the orders are issued by lawful authority--specifically that the Commander in Chief in fact holds the office he claims to issue the orders from because he meets the eligibility test of Article II, Sec. 1 of the US Constitution.
