Whos gonna pay for this stupid fence?
Texans? Who’s going to figure out the eminent domain issues?
Are we to build fences that cut off our cattle from water to make you feel good?
Do you Google at all? Can you take your hands off your ears long enough to hear Rick’s rebuttal? He spoke to your Gardasil propaganda last night in New Hampshire at the Lt.Gov. reception. ou So you are determined not to do context that hurts Romney or Obama are you? Do you live on the anti-reality of Rick’s fence concerns because you have no clue about TEXAS grazing, or you whip dead horses for applause? Get with the facts from the sources in the know instead of the shiny playbook from the msm and the Left, and the shoot first - ask questions later crowd. Fair is fair unless you actually want Rodney. I give you a about as much as you give Perry. That’ not much is it, but it’s fair based on your posting history! LOL.
My position is that a 1300 mi fence is ridiculous.
Who has the time and money to cook up of these
Anti- Perry blogs you eagerly post ?
Another carefully crafted Soros -Axelrod blog full of heavily edited comments taken out of contents and half truths.
So are you happy that the Dem completely control Calif and now have used their unchecked redistricting power to eliminated the two GPOP seats that stop them from non stop taxing power ?
Perry is the guy that is going to knock Obamas lights out.
That said, I will make-up my own mind on which person deserves my vote on CONSERVATIVE issues.
Perry is NOT OPEN BORDERS.
You live in a border state! You know it’s not that simple!
I lived on the border in Ca in Otay Mesa.
I lived on the Border in Az 6 mi from Naco
I get so sick of this spit
I do not know one Conservative who does not understand the US may not have enough manual labor available at any given time. Hence, a need for foreign workers.
With unemployment currently 15-23%, one wonders why there are 9-13 million illegals are working here. But that’s an issue for another day.
The illegal alien issue has nothing to do with foreigners working here. The issue is controlling who comes into your country. Among those you want to keep out are criminals (an illegal alien is by definition a criminal), those with communicable diseases and terrorists. Surely you can agree with that.
Those who want to work (not come here and go on welfare)here, but not immigrate (i.e. become a US citizen), must be accounted for and they must pay taxes.
Is that unreasonable to you? And please spare me the non argument that they’re already here. Therefore, we must accomodate them because it would be too costly to bus them home. Bogus, bogus and bogus. You make it so financially and criminally painful for Americans to hire illegals, the illegals will walk home themselves.
Every state that has adopted tough laws against illegal immigration has seen the flight of many illegals to more accomodting states—or to where ever they came from in S. America.
Poeple can claim that perry is the longest serving governor in Texas because he had weak opponents, but the truth is that he has been a popular governor.
Oh he has stepped in a pile here or there, any man would in a political landscape like texas.
Some will claim he doesnt have any power as gov. Lt gov Dewy Lindhurst gets things done.
Well Perry was Lt gov as well.
The fact remains, this guy is a contender.
SoCon, your question has been answered over and over: the vaccine was recommended by one of the most conservative panels at the FDA. It was already free of charge - paid for by the State and Feds - to everyone who did not have private insurance that covered vaccines. The idea was to make the opt out easier - State employees were claiming that parents had to go to Austin to get the actual form - and to make it covered by private insurance.
The Christian Medical Association put it best:
” The condom, safe-sex message is like telling your teen not to speed and then giving them a radar detector. HPV vaccination is like telling your teen not to speed, while reminding them to wear their seat belt. You want them to have protection from harm if they are in an accident whether their fault or not. “

Since you worked so hard to help get Whitman defeated, how is you illustrious new Governor, “Moonbeam” Brown working out for you?
As an aside, Texas has some of the best medicine in the world.
MD Anderson is famous.
They sure have a better reputation than Obamacare.
Let's face it, Palin lost 2 major elections, one, her bid for Lt. Governor of Alaska, and 2, her VP bid. Whether you like it or not, many independents and Mods, did not vote for McCain, in part because Palin was his running mate. Their biggest complaint about her, was her inexperience (The Wasilla City Council and Mayor gig didn't count for her.)
Her poor campaign performance was also one of the biggest factors. The very same issues will come up again if she mistakenly decides to run.)
I never subscribed to that point of view, though I am sure there is some truth to it.
I think Sarah Palin is a very capable manager.
She has been brutalized and there she stands, stronger and richer.
Do I think she can win the national stage?
No. Not in the presidency, but I think she has won the hearts of millions.
