Isolated pockets...the “urban-ville” amusement park. For the punks in England...it was simply some excitement and belief that the cops would never get them or come to their front door. In Philadelphia, Milwaukee, or DC....same deal. Fear of the cops or prosecution or jail isn’t exactly on the minds of these kids.
You will notice that there just aren’t that many civil unrest players over the age of thirty (at any of the locations). Simply punks in the middle of the summer....looking for “fun”, and most of us all shake our heads over the decline of civilization.
people.....you just can not go into public areas where there is even a chance of a wilding mob...the mob aspects emboldens them...otherwise, they are just little cowards....
